History of Our Company
In 2010, brothers Sam and John went business together to fix their friends’ and family members’ conditioners. Two years later, Sam and John moved into their first building, forming Heating and Cooling. Over the next two decades, the business continued to grow; in 2012, we moved into our current location on Front Street in City.
Sam and John retired in 2014, ceding control over the business to their sons Brad and Mike. Following the same core values set by their fathers, Bred and Mike grew the business into the largest heating se air conditioning company in County.
